Shri G A Bawa retired DCP, an activist and a philanthropist who extended his wings in every possible manner to reach out to the needy always felt that the underprivileged people of our society were never given a fair chance where justice was concerned. They are never given any form of support or comfort and are put through futile fights in their endeavour to obtain justice. Fighting for justice for them always meant a dead end battle.
This grave situation is primarily owing to several factors:
- To start with it becomes a very expensive proposition to take forward
- They do not have the know-how of the right approach
- Their pleas going unattended merely because of their societal position
- And most often than not they are misguided
